Help Save The Kids is a group of Australian and Karen People working along the Thai Burma Border, partnering with JEM (justice.empowerment.missions) from Melbourne, Australia to make a difference in the lives of those affected by the ongoing civil conflict within Burma.
Our organisation is not unlike many others around the world who work with people that are suffering from war, poverty and famine. Help Save The Kids is passionate about this cause and aim to raise awareness within the international community, and provide opportunities for individuals and groups to make a difference. Whether you support our organisation or many of the other terrific groups working all over the world, it is important to be to see the need and act accordingly.
One of the fundamental truths in society is that education is the key to a successful future. We strongly believe this and therefore all our projects, whether it be schools, hostels, medical programs or emergency aid, aim to empower people with knowledge.
